OH is a bit of a fair weather camper but he has just agreed me, the dogs and our lad can go off in April while he stays at home and does the decorating. He can tow us and bugger off! yayyyyy, ten weeks to go!

We came back this afternoon from our first trip of the year - Friday to Sunday on a small CS on the east coast near Bridlington. It rained most of the time and the weather by the sea was distinctly bracing but it's always good to be away for the weekend.
We have got a total of 10 weeks booked for this season, but nothing until my birthday in spring, we are about to upgrade our towcar, so until that and a couple of other family things are sorted we are staying put at home.
Not such a bad thing, as at least by then our next youngest will have moved back home to look after our elderly dog who hates travelling in her old age bless her, shes 14 and can no longer jump in and out of the car, and shes too heavy to lift.

Only Easter booked but we will be away before then, once we get our higher fence and new alarm system fitted after our burglary. Our Christmas holiday should have extended into New Year...anyway, sometime in February or March we will be going to a CL near Horncastle and then lots more hopefully.
It may be February but should definitely be March :)
Nothing booked for those months yet though, our first actual booking is in July for Tour De France, also a week in August. Should have Easter and June booked soon too.
Probably March as our van is due a service then, so have to get it out of store! Have it serviced then go somewhere local if the weather is not too bad!
