Carlwaynie... See you there, I'm working on the Kampa stand so any questions before you go fire away.
Flufftec... I think we can all learn a lot from that course, I'm a camper so wouldn't have a clue. I know when we have used a trailer tent Ive just unhitched and pushed as I know I would make a pigs ear of reversing.

I am no expert I have towed probably less than 20 times but I am quite a confident driver (not saying I am a good driver) but I can reverse my caravan onto my drive and never had a problem on site (cant reverse my little trailer as I cant see it from the car) but the better half wants to try and tow a caravan just incase of an emergency when we are away and in the case I couldn't drive and she gets very annoyed when I try explaining something to her
We are going Friday. Looking for an awning and all the associated bits. Plus some plates etc. List is getting longer.
We are both booked on the towing course and the kids will be doing all the other stuff.
flufftec a little tip when your reversing your small trailer put something at the back that you can see in your mirror we used to do that with small trailers (usually a compressor and we stood a traffic cone on it) and it works
We're going on the Friday, also booked on the towing course, just in time to collect my new trailer for camping the following Monday. If they are on display I'll be taking a close look at the Vango Inspire 600.

I'm also booked onto the towing course lol does anyone who's been there before know where it takes place?
Won't be too far from the main ("Piazza") entrance.
We are going to buy 2 Duvalays if we like them. We also pick up lots of leaflets for camping in France etc. No van this year as we bought a new one last year. We don't live too far away so just enjoy going for a mooch around!!
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
