You need to be a little careful with LEDs. The LEDs are very bright and can hurt your eyes if the glare is not properly controlled.

Also, they are very directional. To get a pleasant light for an interior, you need light on the ceiling and walls as well as on what you are doing.

When using LEDs for commercial lighting in buildings, we always use fittings specifically designed for the LEDs. In fact they come as a complete package.
