Just about to renew with Mayday, and not going to renew with the CC, so I rang Green flag.

As long as I do not let the policy laps I can still take out Mayday Breakdown cover without being a member of the Caravan Club.

Nice to know.

Not sure you can join Mayday without being a member of CC first, didnt ask.

Well as our CC membership does not run out until April, the question has anything changed in the past year, no was the reply.
I have looked through the policy and no where does it say you have to be a member of the caravan club, but it does say if there are any changes they have to be informed, I will call them in April, and let you know

I still only paid my renewal price of £66.00 for this year and I told him that I would not be renewing my membership with the CC.

Whilst it maybe Ok to renew whilst still a member, even if the membership drops away after joining I would be concerned if people tried that once their membership has lapsed. Its possible that you might not be getting quite the same level of service as a member and would suggest people get confirmation of this before proceeding.

I have mayday cover and not with CC but I pay more than the £66 u quoted.

I can't imagine the cover would be different as I think it's a price difference for non me ever like me.
