Hi does anybody know a technique for the removal of the exterior cowl when running on gas .ours is very hard to remove and nearly breaks.have done a search but came up with nothing,cheers john.
On mine at least it's a knack.
What I do is press down on the top with one hand. With other at the bottom press in with the flat of my hand while pulling. It is a lot easier to do than explain!
Thanks boff will try that,had a look on eBay and found a tool from trauma which was cheaper than if the cowl broke which mine felt like it was going to cheers john.
