Hi
We are away now 240 heating was working for 3 days but now is dead and no green light at control. The 10 amp fuse at the switch is ok but is there another fuse anywhere or on the fire itself. Gas side works and so does 12v blower... the fridge door did swing open and hit the fire dont know if this caused it....
Is it possible to remove the PCB without removing the gas part of the heater, there is a drawer above the heater and if i remove this i can get my hands down to where the PCB is but its mostly working blind...
Just had the same problem myself. If you can feel that PCB right down at the bottom of the heater....try and find the 10V transformer on the board...its about 30mm X 30mm square (and the biggest thing on it). Feel the top with your finger, if it has a dome shape to it instead of being completely flat then this is probably your problem. Try Gary from ARC Systems, he just fixed mine for me. www dot arcsystems dot biz.
