currently at pillaton and i have the above problem.
i dont think the 'blade' was in the closed position.
the blade now wont retract back to closed or open, currently in the middle.
the cassette is also stuck, because we cant close the lip.


any ideas?

Once you get it out, liberally spray the area of the blade and the rubber toilet seal with a silicone spray (such as is used on the awning rail) to lubricate everything.

Thetfords sell a spray specially for that.
