It's either a fault in the pump or the wiring. Can you disconnect the wiring to the pump at the pump itself. If you can, try the taps without the pump connected. If the fuse blows it must be the wiring. If not it's the pump faulty.

It's probably more likely to be a fault in the pump than the wiring.

"External water is pumped to tank without any problem"
I take it from this that you are filling an onboard tank from an Aquaroll or similar. This means you have two seperate pumps. The external one is working ok cos it's pumping up the water from the outside. When you turn on a tap it activates the second pump which is situated in the onboard tank. It activates by means of micro switches in each tap. Now, if both taps when opened blow the fuse, it is unlikely that this would be a wiring fault as it would be a million to one chance of both circuits developing the same fault at the same time. That then leaves the submersible pump in the onboard tank. Would guess that this would be accessible thro' a hatch or screw top in the top of the tank. Remove the pump and try turning the impellor by hand. If the impellor is covered you can still try turning it by poking a small screwdriver in the housing and pushing it round. I'm willing to bet you'll find it stiff to turn. If it is then the pump impellor shaft is seized and probably means a replacement pump is needed. Not a difficult diy job and the pumps are readily available at most dealers.
Hope this helps.......Mick
