Apologies in advance as i know this subject has been addressed before but I am still getting nowhere having following the guidance, so...please help!
The gas burner cuts out after 10 secs (green light and red light come on) and the burner does not ignite. Cleaned the gas jet nozzle, cleaned the burner holes, lit the ho to check gas is present, waited 3 mins and restarted the process to clear the air in pipes etc but it still doesn't work. I have bought a replacement but haven't received it yet. I wonder whether I also need to replace the switch and why? Mine is in the integrated control panel of my Avondate Dart 515. Thanks!
It is my understanding that original Carver burner modules are very scarce and most of the ones you see advertised are the Henry clones in which case you need to replace the wall switch as well. I'm sure Gary from ARC will come along and give you a definitive answer.
