Hi. We have just bought a Trio Sport Midi awning, with no instructions. Does anyone have one that they could copy for me. I have figured out some of the poles, but there are some that I have no idea where they might go. Can anyone help please? I have trawled the internet, but so far found nothing of any help.
Thanks for the info, but there seems to be a problem with their website at the moment. The frame diagrams page comes up black with nothing on it. All their other pages work ok. I will try again later.
I have tried that, but all that comes up is a large black rectangle. However, if I click at random inside the rectangle, I get a download of a type of awning, but obviously I can't tell which one until I have clicked. Tried loads of random clicking, but not even found the right make, and certainly not the model.
Just tried it again and it still doesn't work, maybe I don't have the right software loaded to view it. I'm off out now, but I'll try it on my laptop when I get home. Thanks for your help.
If you are on google chrome,click on the link i gave, page comes up, then click on your maxi awning listed, it then downloads, open up download and you have it. If you are on explorer type in canvaslove, scroll down click on, then top of the page says drawings,click on, then click on your awning listed and at bottom it will say do you want to open.Click open and you have it.
I think I have just found the problem. This afternoon I was using Google Chrome, which is my usual browser, and the pages would not display when I clicked on the link. I tried going to the website home page and clicking on the tab "frame diagrams", and even that didn't work. However, I have just tried again using Internet Explorer and everything is fine. Seems I may have a problem with Chrome.
I was probably in too much of a hurry earlier, as I had to go out.
Before I left earlier I emailed Matt from canvaslove and explained the problem. He very kindly emailed me back copies of the Mini and Maxi awnings, and I am sure I can work it out from that. A very helpful Guy.
Tried erecting the frame in the garden this afternoon using the diagram of the Maxi, supplied by Matt from canvaslove, and it was a piece of cake! A few of the numbers on the poles were slightly different, but similar enough that I was able to identify all the poles and fit them together.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
