After much anticipation and avidly reading all sorts of threads on this site we are finally picking up the caravan on Saturday then driving up to Slingsby C&CC site on the Sunday ( my birthday) - this has inspired me to call the caravan Precious (Lord of the Rings style) . Any of you got names for your caravans ?

Hi Georgiegirl, my little caravan is named Dora the Explorer.
My mums name is Dora ( sadly not with us now), and the Explorer cos its a tourer!

For some reason totally beyond me SWMBO christened our caravan 'Bunty'

Mindyou she christened our French Bassett Hound 'Scout' (after a character in the book To Kill a Mockingbird evidently.

There is female logic at work somewhere methinks. Search me how it works.
