Does anyone have any experience with the Kampa Air awnings? I am looking at the 390 awning, but its a big investment so any feedback would be good. I am looking for something easy and quick to put up without fannying about with poles and rods.
Andy.
I bought a kampa air 390 last year. At first it was excellent. We only used it about 6 times. Then the next time we couldn't inflate it. All the internal air pipes had holes in them.
Kampa picked up the awning and refunded us in full.
I like the awning but have been put off due to the reliability.
We have just used our Kampa Rally AIr Pro for the first time. It was so easy to inflate.......we even managed to pump it up using the deflation points!!!!! Ooops!!! It was really sturdy, nice quality material and great to be able to leave the chairs out overnight in the awning!!! Taking down was really fast and we managed to get it back in it's bag without a fight!!!! It is quite big, but being used to Outwell Polycotton this was a bressze. We had seen last year's model and it has a step into the awning, there is no step-over on the Pro. I can't load photos from my ipad but wil swithc my laptop on and try and upload a photo.

We were lucky to find one. We always buy from Cross Camping in Hertfordshire and he was waiting on delivery when I phoned. I only had to wait a couple of weeks. You won't be disappointed.

Brilliant photos thanks, looks great and has swayed me into buying one
When we decided to get one there weren't any available. I left messages everywhere for call backs when in stock. We were lucky Gary Cross from Cross Camping could get us one. We later got an email to say there was one in stock at another supplier, the price had gone up by £100 and when I looked more closely it was the Rally Air not the pro. The Air was originally retailing at up to £150 cheaper than the Pro.....different material and a few other details such as the step over at the door. So be careful you know which one you are buying.

You can't over inflate a kampa air pro with the supplied pump.
Towsure have let me down, or should I say Kampa havent delivered what they promised! I have subsequently cancelled my order and reordered from www.thefamilytentshop.com. Does anyone have experience of ordering from these guys? Annoying that towsure took the full amount of cash several weeks ago, now have to refund!
