The Alde heating has been working fine for 3 weeks,now it seems to only work on gas but not electric.The isolation switch is on ,I have changed the fuse in the spur, the pump is running, have put temp up to 27, the elec plug symbol is showing and there is a 1 in the box.Have I missed something? Not much gas left!

I assume the 1 in the box is the 1 kw setting have you tried changing up to the 2 kw setting? the 1 only justs keeps it ticking over well in ours anyway is the water warm?

Plenty of hot water, only have 6amp.Tripped the electric on the pitch,reset it and I think ,heater may be working now??Will post later if it not,thanks.
