Were off on our very first mini caravan holiday this weekend. We have booked in the cc site at Scarborough. Which is the best route from doncaster? I have heard there is a hill to avoid?
If anyone can give me specific instructions we would be v grateful! ( we are close to m18)
When we go to Scarborough from Chesterfield we go M18, M62, A614, A64, there is a steep hill can't remember where it is but you should be ok, try doing it on Google maps.

the hill is on the A170 thirsk to scarborough road at Sutton Bank.caravans are banned from using that part of road. coming from doncaster you should not be anywhere near it
