Hi, we are newcomers to caravanning and have been busy deciding which model/layout of van will best suit us.
I think we are looking for a lunar quasar 546.
Just a few questions if anyone can help.
1. what is the best time of year to buy second-hand? With being our first caravan will probably buy from a dealer. Is it like buying car - never pay what it is advertised for, always haggle?
2. My tow car will be a Ford Mondeo estate titinuam x 2000cc - 2007/2008 model. Done various checks online and think this will be ok? Anyone disagree or agree?
3. Thinking of doing the driving course through the caravan club as NEVER towed anything before. Is this worthwhile? Anyone done it?
