Could any one help me

I'm after a awaing rail for my 1995 abbey gts 416
I want to have my rail resealed and I got told that there not a hope in hell it will come off with out any bends or twists

I'm in bristol if that helps

If your careful and have several hands then you can remove them without damaged.

Have some plastic fishing line or plastic strimmer line to hand to use like a cheese slicer to cute through the mastic where its still stuck to the van.

Doubt it unless you find one in a breakers. Choose a warm day take your time, use the cheese wire or strong fishing line. It's not as bad as you think but is messy. Don't forget clean to with white spirit the use methylated spirit to clean the residue.
