I would expect that you have that right, but as Jonnmedds says, the 100kgs will be the max noseweight, not the target nose-weight if the car doesn't allow for this.
The actual chassis isn't built by the caravan manufacturer so it carries it's own spec; the axle weight could (and in fact should) be higher than the MTPLM of the van. This is why some vans can have an optional increase in their plated MTPLM applied, where permitted by the manufacturer.
