hi,just bought a '97 dalesman,wish i hadn't !!, at the rear below the sink and hanging outside the van are two pipes on red one blue that when you turn the water on ,water comes out of them instead of the taps .Should there be a bung in them or can i just block of the tee piece that they are attached to ?

You should have some plastic bungs to go in, same as my 2006 Sprite, the bungs just push in and pull out. They are to drain any standing water in the pipes for winter; red hot water, blue cold.
