Hi guys wondering if anyone out there can help myself and wife.

We are both quite new to the caravanning game and we have a Abbey Aventura 325. We have had the van out about 6 times since collecting beginning of the year, weve never had any issues with the fridge freezer but this time we couldn't get it to run off the electric but could from the gas. Also had the same issue with the water heater. We weren't shown to much of how to get the van working so by the looks of things I have always used the gas to work the water heater. I just want to run this from the electric.

Just find it odd that neither will work when hooked up to the electric. I have gone round and checked all the fuses, trip switches etc and everything seems fine. Just wonder if anyone could shed any light on any of this for me.
