Hi I am working on using my caravan for 6 months in the UK and then store it for the other months of the year. Anyone doing this? With tips and ideas...
Or stay on site for 12months but what do you do with my post. I will purchase a new caravan so it's ok for winter. Or third option buy a plot of land?

I want to rent off my house so I live off the rent and travel sometimes around America.

Any ideas ... been looking in Essex can't find what I am looking for

Help please

We are on a seasonal pitch that is available all year but all touring caravan parks will have rules so that you are not "a resident". That is a requirement of their licence. So for example on our site you are allowed a maximum stay, I think its 21 nights and then you must leave...you can come back again -I think as quickly as the day after so 21 nights on, 1 off. My sister in law lives on a site all year except she cannot stay in january and february.

Regarding post, my sister in law gets hers to a relatives address. There must be other suggestions as we have neighbours on our site that live between our site and another caravan, ie no house.

Hope that helps
