Hi to all anyone who has an Erde trailer 142 143 153 I have some news for owners 2 things 1st if you want to upgrade the axle on the 142 &143 so to have the bigger wheels the axle on the 153 fits the 142 & 143 then you have the 13 inch wheels iv done mine and the differance with the wheels is great as I got them balanced so no more vibration from the trailer 2nd Erde sell a side extension for the 143 & 153 both the same price around £400 if you buy the caddy 535 high side extension side kit £99 from towsure or machine Mart these will fit the Erde 142 143 & 153 iv seen a picture of the Erde 142 on eBay with this side pack fitted the kit is front back 2 sides & 4 corner supports that attach to the outside of each corner I'm not to sure if you have to drill a few holes but it work and you save £300 have a look if your looking at upgrading your trailer

There's an even cheaper way, just extend the sides with plywood and a tarp from the local DIY store.
