Has anyone used this company ?

I have been awaiting a delivery but they are " currently off line"

The sales invoice provides no other method of contact than e mail.

I think I'd start getting my money back. An invoice has to have the address, vat number etc so if those bits are missing it sounds iffy. Did you pay by credit card or Paypal as they seem to be the easiest to get a refund from.

Websites that fail to display trading addresses and ones registered to UK individuals put me off.

If its a business why wouldnt you register it as one?

Bit more digging reveals that they have been trading since 2012, and that the Victoria Close address is the registered office of bits4caravans.

Update

The owner had been on holiday but as soon as she returned the item was immediately sent 1st class post with a fulsome apology for the delay.

So no reason not to use them in the future
