Is there no one that does insurance cover for Touring Caravan holidays in the UK. Insured against loss, cancellation, injury, etc ???
If I was to become ill, I would want my Partner, car and caravan to be brought home if I was hospitalised or anything else that caused me unfit to drive.
If travelling to the site, god forbid something happened and I could not make the holiday, cover for last minute cancellation?
If our awning was badly damaged by wind?
Why can you get cover like this for travelling abroad, but I can't find anything for here in UK?

As above we have an annual family policy for travel insurance and this covers UK as well as overseas holidays which would cover cancellation due to illness, etc
C&CC van insurance also pays upto £1000 to get the driver (if ill) home by rail and the cost of aranging return of the van, etc. The policy also covers the awning, etc if damaged (minus excess of course)
Between a good annual travel insurance policy, good caravan insurance and decent breakdown cover I would imagine all of the above should be issues should be covered.
