I've changed and fixed many Car brakes over the years and realise that Caravan Brakes are different and am in the process of checking our newly aquired Abi Marauder and just wanted to pass the pics by to see if they 'look' OK from a visual point of view, they do look like they've had new parts fitted as it's 24yrs old thought they are too shiny to be original but that's why I'm asking here as not 100% sure.

They look fine dont you have a small rubber gromet in the rear plate to check the thickness?

If you have one shot nuts you MUST replace them.

Thanks again Grampian, never checked for a grommet, will do tomorrow as got to check the other side and it's been raining here all day....

Luckily they aren't one shot nuts, nice and old school split pin.
