I have an on board water tank, with the filler on the outside of the van that looks like a fuel filler cap on a car. I am never able to find a pitch close enough to be able to connect a hose pipe directly to a water tap, so end up filling water containers and manually pouring the water into the tank. This is fine when it's not raining!
Is there a system where I could purchase something like an Aquqroll and pump the water directly into the on board tank, from the flick of a switch inside my caravan?
i have three two in the car and one under the sink.. the ones in the car can ether connect up outside or fill the one under the sink.. i spend a lot of time off-site..
The socket is fitted close to the filler point, and connected to a nearby constant 12v supply. The pump drops into the aquaroll, place the pipe into the filler, and plug in.
