I have a sterling Eccles 1998 and have had no issues in the 5 years I've owned it however
The water heater has started "clicking" before the panel showing up as heater fault? Tried the reset button no joy, any thoughts?
Also the shower I'm wanting to remove so I can put a wardrobe in there I've taken the unit out can I trace the hot and cold pipe back to source and cap it off? I'm not wanting to take the tray out just don't want water everywhere,
Sorry the post may seem short on info I'm currently sat outside my van posting in the wind and rain on my mobile
Thanks for any help

The pipes will either go through the wall and under the seating to get to the heater unit or under the van.
You can cap it off anywhere you like. The closer to the heater the better probably. Less to drain and less risk of water sitting in there over the winter.
Back from little break now but had no joy at all with the heater, followed all previous heater advice I could around this site, drained all water started again left the pump on overnight before pressing heater switch same "clicking" then fault light lit again,
Completely in the dark, thinking I may get an onsite service done next spring as we store the van in a little village near skegness and hope that answers a few questions
Any recommendations for on site servicing?
Again thanks for any info

I'm not at all sure what your trying to say, but pumps causing Cascade water heater problems as it sounds to me?, is generally low battery voltage and or an earth wire fault
Unsure of how to describe it really, normally when we set up the van we connect water then switch the pump on, we always give it a good couple of hours before pressing the heater switch (in our minds giving pump time to pass water around),
Normally no issues and piping hot water but this time could hear a clicking from near the pump before heater fault light came on, read advice from peoples previous posts ie reset button etc nothing seemed to work, unsure how else I can word it really but thank you for the number shall give him a call early next year as our site shuts down oct-mar,
Thanks again
