They claimed it was in full working order, while the water heater was belched out carbon monoxide. The battery provided was dead, the gas cylinder was very old and no one would exchange it, the tyres were perished and I almost had a blow out as a result. They promised to pay me compensation a number of times, but nothing was ever forthcoming
