They have been in business for quite some time and that must count for something. We went there a few times to look at vans as they were the nearest dealer to us however their attitude at the time (but it was 5 years ago) didn't impress so we went elsewhere to buy. They may well have improved their act in the meantime, I simply don't know.

Went to N. Staffs caravans for parts and they were very helpful. Not sure what the caravan sales part is like, though.

Had a new van off them last year, gave me a decent price for my old one. They can be a bit miserable in the service department though a smile would help !
