Sheet aluminium is easy enough to obtain, search ebay, plenty of mail order suppliers or you can probably find a local supplier.

Thanks Bessie will do that the van is in a bad state had to take a lot of internals out got it under canvas at moment with heater in drying out getting there bit by bit need to replace timber framing going to be interesting never done it before just aquired it

If it the wallboard you need then O'Learly's are about the only place that you can get it from

O'Leary Wallboard

They can also supply the outer aluminium panel material in plain or textured form.

Depends of course on which KonTiki you have as they used 30mm bonded panels (Aluminium / Insulation / Wallboard) on some of the 6xx/x models
