Hooked up to mains yet alde panel showing battery low and no heating will come on
Light and electric ok but ..?? How panel can show up low battery when hooked to mains

Is the black master switch off on the panel under the seat on the battery box? Or the charger swith off on the same panel?
When I got my van back from service I had the same scenario ... turns out the service guys had left all these things switched off. Mine is a year old Swift.

The only switches are on sargent fuse box
After talking to a very abrupt lady at Alde,I contacted Lowdham caravans who very kindly said bring it down,they discovered the problem 2 number 3.5 fuses on the top of the boiler under a black plastic cover,the boiler is a 3010 compact and the fuses are in green fittings,So no thanks to Alde who just kept repeating it must be the battery,no mention of these fuses even though I kept telling her the battery was reading 13.7v,but many thanks to Lowdham for being so helpful
