Does anybody know if its possible to convert a cadac chef from high pressure to low pressure

I am not sure but thought you just buy a regulator fitted to your gas bottle and that converts to a low pressure. If you have a BBQ point on your van it has the regulator fitted to the bulhead so reduces at source.

28mbr is butane and 37mbr is propane. Both gasses are classified as lpg and are basically the same but propane is a better gas when the cold weather comes. The Cadac and all other lpg bbqs work fine on either gas.
21mbr is natural gas like most houses have. No you cannot run the bbq on this.

Im trying to save a bit on nose weight but ive got a lot of the small butane cartridges,so wanted to make use of them

Butane and propane are both high pressure so no conversion required.
