Anything is possible. BUT, as the previous post points out the large twin wardrobe and dressing table in the Arizona forms part of the structural rigidity. If you removed this be prepared to strip wall and ceiling lining and strengthen to compensate. Removing the shower enclosure shouldn't be a prob, but are you prepared to loose the loo? Sounds like a major rebuild to me although would agree that the bathroom in the Arizona would make a lovely closed of bedroom.
