Our terrano is knackered. Gearbox has gone and along with that the clutch isn't looking too good.
So it's been sold for spares and the money we got is nowhere near enough to buy a suitable replacement that will pull our van safely.
So April is cancelled already unless by some miracle we win the lotto and can buy any car we want.
Can't even sell the wee focus as that is part owned by my work colleague.

Not sure if I got weights right but wouldn't an older Mondeo pull your van if you kept the load down??

I have 4 kids so a seven seater is a must. It's getting a good one though can buy one tomorrow cheap but why risk it falling apart by the summer?

Hi, there are 3 kia sedonas listed on autotraderuk in Edinburgh area all around £1300 mark, 2 are at first choice car sales ltd, 1 at bargainmotors.org one already has towbar I,ve towed with one for 7yrs and recommend them as a 7 seat tow car. only just about to reluctantly change mine.

I'll be honest we want a certain car now having driven a friends we have our minds made up. I have bought a little runabout for the mrs just now which I know well get our money back on, so it's a waiting game until we find the right car for our budget.
