Hi all, I've been looking about on eBay and not too many seem to comment on if it has one or not for tv/free view etc, I know some people think tv has no place camping, however we don't share that opinion haha is it a case that most have them but don't mention it or not many have them? If not is it easy enough to install one?

We have one and a great many more do, it's fairly simple to rig an aerial on a pole and fasten it to the jockey wheel with a bracket. We tend to use the on-board Status (make) aerial in good signal areas and the satellite if abroad. At some Caravan Club sites they have TV signal from power posts, you just connect to it with your own lead.

complete kit to fit to your caravan, a lot cheaper than buying the individual parts.

We have a Status aerial but never use it.

Years ago we bought a PU4 High Gain Aerial and it is terrific.
It is mounted on a pole to a bracket on the Jockey Wheel.

Being a diagonal antenna, it picks up both vertical and horizontal wavelengths equally well.

PU4 aerial.
