If you are referring to the 'Camping & Caravanning Club' then yes but you have to pay a non members fee on top per person per night which works out to around double the cost.
Yes they are but will pay a non members supplement. I think the cost varies from site to site. Depending on how long you intend to stay or how often you will use C&CC sites, it might be worth while investing in membership.
Yes, non-members are accepted at most C&CC Club Sites, but not at Certificated ("5-van") Sites, subject as in the above posts, to a nightly non-member pitch fee.
It used to be the case that it was worthwhile joining if you intended using a Club Site (or Sites) for more than five or six nights a year, but I'm sure the Holiday Site Manager will be pleased to advise you on the least expensive option.
If you want to use a Certificated Site you should have a membership card (to comply with the conditions of the site's Certificate granted by the Club) but you can often sign up on arrival.
If you want to use a Temporary Holiday Site, unless you're a guest staying in an existing member's unit, you'll need to be a member, but again, can usually join on arrival.
