Hi all

I have had a Teleco TeleSat fitted to the new van with twin LNB fitted to the dish with the intention of having a separate feed to the lounge television and a separate feed to the bedroom area TV. (The concept behind this is when we take the grandchildren away and have a rainy evening the wife and I can watch a separate channel on the other set whilst they commandeer the lounge watching what they want with Bluetooth headphones lol.

Problem is I think the sat has been fitted at Elddis rather than the dealer, so our dealer has not been of much help how we wanted it wired.

There seems to be satellite leads going to the back of the two satellite connections in the lounge and bedroom area, however there is a satellite lead hanging spare coming up from inside the cupboard through the shelf above the microwave (below the satellite box of the electronics). However there is only one satellite output lead from the Teleco box of electronics which disappears down through the shelf behind the microwave, presumably to feed the satellite connections on the walls, however there is the aerial lead coming back up through the shelf which I don't know what and if its connected to anything.

Having had the twin LNB fitted, does anyone know why there is only one output aerial lead from the Teleco electronics box and how would it feed two wall sockets, with a spare return lead ?
Do you think there is a splitter hidden somewhere and how can one Ariel output from the box feed two separate receivers. They have definitely fitted a twin LNB dish as the sticker on the dish shows 'twin' and there is two leads coming out of the LNB??

When collecting the van the dealer couldn't offer much help on explanation on how I set it up for two TV's and it is difficult for me to see how the wiring is configured as its all behind the fitted surrounds and behind the microwave trim which I cant work out how to get it off and don't want to damage it?

Not sure if I have read the problem correctly, but could it be that the Twin satellite Feeds have gone to the Lounge, and only a Slave Satellite Feed has gone to the Bedroom.

Seems to me like just a case of tracing which cable has gone were, and then just setting up the connections how you wan't them.

The original installation may been configured for using a Twin Tuner Satellite reciever in the Lounge Sky/Freesat+ etc, and a Second Single Tuner receiver in the Bedroom running of a Slave Feed.

Or maybe even Twin Satellite Feed to the Lounge, and RF Feed to the Bedroom, for use with a TV Link type device only and no satellite receiver.

There are a few combinations you could have, but an easy DiY fix none the less, to configure it how you want it.
