Hi,we're away in our van atm (1994 Swift Corniche). Our fridge was working fine until last night. Now,every so often, when it reaches temperature it blows the electrics in the van.Turn fridge off, flick trip switch, electric comes straight back on and we can turn fridge on again.
It will work for a while, then repeats.
Any suggestions?
Jenny

Sounds like mains element on the way out. I would disconnect fridge from mains if its just a plug & run it on gas. New element is around £40 & can be diy fitted if you have a bit of knowledge, fridge has to come out though. If you pay to have it done then probably about 2hrs labour.

Hi I have a Dometic 3 way fridge. Was working fine then all indicator lights went out. Still appears to work on gas but wont work on 12v or Mains
Any ideas-fuse is intact and Mains supply is fine elsewhere in the motorhome
