Can anybody help me I've got a new swift challenger sport 514 getting it ready today to go away soon could not get the water heater to work could not find anything in the hand book or quick start up guide what am I doing wrong

Connected to the mains electricity or running it on gas?

12v battery fully charged? Have you primes the water system before switching the heater on? Make sure water comes from all the taps before trying to power the heater.

I made that mistake years ago, Luckily my heater has a reset switch, I think others may need a fuse soldering in?

Yeah Grampian tried all of the above may have to take it to the daler as the water heater switch was on before I had primed it and never noticed it may have damaged the unit
