Hi peeps, thinking of lining out our shower, any ideas to what is used in new caravans, and where to get it from.
or anything different you used, don't wont it looking cheap.
we where looking in some new c/vans yesterday, and thought it would look good, and tidy up ours,we've got lots of marks as we travel and keep stuff in there, and its marked the walls.
We did ours with hygiene board which you can get from a window manufacturer or a building plastics supplier. You can get varying thickness boards , 1.5. To 2 mm is not to heavy. Corner joints and bevel are also available. Bond to the walls with adhesive also from same suppliers . Makes a big difference and is much more waterproof if you want to use the shower.
why not paint it if plastic there are plenty of products on the market now days for changing colour of plastics.
Watched a guy change colour of UPVC shop front other week from red to green.
Painted on a mushroom coloured paint on top of red and following day painted on green, the finish was superb looked if the UPVC had come in green.
