Ok you outdoor lovers, I'm looking for a fire pit to take caravanning ,camping etc and wonder who uses what out there.
It doesn't necessarily have to have a grill rack for cooking, but needs to be portable enough to put in the car.
Oh it also has to have a basket on top to stop the canvas crawlers complaining lol...

Never heard the term "canvas crawlers" before. I suppose the basket is to stop the risk of sparks? Do campsites allow fire pits, considering the fire risk and insurance legalities?
