We're considering changing our current 5 berth double dinette van for one with fixed twin beds. The problem is that on occasions we need the flexibility of four separate singles if possible so we were hoping to find a van with front seats that are long enough to be used as singles. We have currently found only two (single axles), the Bailey Pursuit 550-4- but one front bed is a little on the short side, or the Bailey Unicorn Cadiz, which is a little pricey (but very nice!).
Does anyone know of any other vans under 14K, new or second hand that would fit the bill, single axle only? And preferably with one of the new body types, ie- SOLID, Alu-Teck, etc. Thanks.
Adria Adora may be the one your looking for, good make although I am biased towards Adria caravans new around 17K but used ones are about.
There's an Adora 542DL on E bay 2011,£10.500 Balsall common area as your in the midlands not too far to travel
We have a twin bed caravan and were looking for one which could accommodate two singles at the front. The Bailey Cadiz was lovely but we didn't like the half wardrobe in the 'shower room' and the narrow cupboards for clothes etc. We eventually went for the Swift Conqueror 565 (2014 model) and we love it. If the teenagers come to stay they can top and tail in the double at the front or we will have the double and they can have the twin beds. The younger ones will be fine at the front on the singles.I think the Swift Elegance 565 has longer front seats but way too expensive for most. £25000 +.
