This caravan has been in my parents garden since they bought the house 30 years ago. We have always used it as extra storage space...... My sister and I slept in it for fun when we were teenagers.
We just repainted it to smarten in up for my wedding (in the garden) this year. My curiosity has piqued and I now want to know what type of caravan it is as I haven't had any luck researching myself.
I haven't been able to find any details on or on it to give me an idea or year or make... It's all been lost, or painted over, long ago!
Thank you for reading.... I'm going to try uploading photos (from during our re plaiting session) now : )

Unless someone can help me put them directly on this thread.......
I would think it was some kind of early static as there are no lights
or number plate holder unless they have been removed.
To put photos on a thread you have to upload the to Photobucket or similar then copy the link when you open the box with the photo icon.
It looks much like a caravan where we spent a rain lashed summer week nr Dartmouth when I was 11, that would have been in 1964 & the caravan was old then, so 1950s built I would guess. Loads of small manufacturers about then though. Are there no labels, nameplates or anything, have you checked the chassis carefully?
No particular distinguishing features, but the general shape is very reminiscent of an early 50s Bluebird.
Bluebird eventually became part of the ABI group which are still in business building statics although ceased production of tourers some years ago.......Mick
