Being caravan newbies (brand new Bailey unicorn cartegena) we've come across some difficulties when using the door and wondered if anyone could supply us with any possible solutions to our problem.
We turn the key to the left to open the door as expected that works fine but we can't seem to open it from the inside because the latch is catching on the frame.....very frustrating I can assure you.
We need help please anyone (are we missing some vital instructions?)

I had the same problem on my Verona. I tapped the silver piece where the latch catches on further onto the frame with a couple of gentle taps of the hammer.Hope this makes sense and helps
