I have a 2005 model bailey pageant and was wondering how I would know when to reseal the awning rails etc

You could do them if you think their needing done or wait for a leak to appear, dont think anybody can give you a straight answer.Buy a damp tester and test for damp every 3 months ?

I would just damp check and have a good look at the seals, if you can see sealant, that's good, if not then put some in.
