Washed my new caravan today and noticed signs of moisture on the large sunroof. Looked inside van and couldnt see any signs of leaks. ...

My van is a sterling 2015 model. ...has anyone else experienced this

Do you mean in the sunroof? If so it's condensation caused by you washing the van woth cold water on a hot day. It will go.
