johnny after having a look on the internet there does seem to be a lot of complaints of that model having the same difficulties as you are experiencing, and the manufacturers know about it too, its down to not having any adjustable legs on it and if the ground is slopping you cant do a thing about it. it seems that quest will accept a return and refund tho from what I have read.
