Hello, well.... I'm usually the first one to moan. but Trevor (and his team, thanks Alan) at Chi Caravans in Colden Common have done a very good job and 100% Customer Service. They arranged for my van to go back to Lunar and rectify some damp issues. It's only 4 years old too ! Didn't cost me a bean, so for those of you that want to travel away from your local dealer. Think, what will I do if I need some warranty work? It's now up for sale. The grass was greener when I had a motorhome, time to start looking again. Cheers!
