Hi. We have just bought a Swift Azzura 1999 5 berth caravan and pick it up on Saturday. It doesn't come with an awning and we were wondering if anyone could tell us what size awning would fit ?
Many thanks

This information was taken from another forum but here is the specification list for a 1999 5 berth Swift Quintet Azzura:

Single axle
Mass in Running Order (Kg) - 975
Maximum Technical Permissible Laden Mass (Kg) - 1230
Internal Length (metres) - 5.03
Shipping Length (metres) - 6.51
Width (metres) - 2.13
Awning Size (cm) - 923

I tried to check with the Bradcot range but your caravan isn't listed in the Swift range unfortunately although they do have a contact number you could call and they should be able to confirm if the above size is correct or not.

Here

Thank you very much! We have seen an awning which is 920 so would that fit?
Sorry we are new to caravans :-)

Like I said in my first post, the information was taken from another forum so the size isn't guaranteed to be correct, that's why I tried to find the information out from a reliable source such as an awning maker like Bradcot with their 4 easy steps.
However, the best solution is to wait till you get the caravan and measure yourself what the awning size is you require. That way you can't go wrong and you won't waste your money in error.
Below is a guide how to measure for an awning and as you as you are a newbie I have included a video to show exactly how to check that measurement shown in the guide.

phone the people up that you are buying the caravan and ask them to measure it for you! from the ground at the front of the van up and over the roof and back down again to the ground get them to give you this measurement in centimeters
