so im assuming you have connected a separate battery and it works.So the pump is ok.That leaves the supply fuse and then the wiring.I would check with a meter you have power from the van at the pump,then check continuity through the supply wires to find a possible break in the wiring

been told it could be anything from the fuse ( which is covered in white anodised aluminium)
the fuse holder being corroded
Wiring to pump from power/fuse supply being substandard and snapped / unattached
any of these could be your issue if you can by pass
for me the extras of
the pump sticking/ broke
or the button on the toilet itself failing or slipped so the push isn't connecting
Not bad on a van I've had since April and taken out twice!! the dealers did start to question the warranty terms but soon put a stop to that.
