Yes no different, 85amp will just discharge slightly more quickly for a given usage.

Make sure they are both charged up just before you go. Use your fridge on gas (it won't work on 12v for a week!).
Usually the lights and the 12v pump are the only things you need off grid. Take extra lights with you and limit the amount of times you run the pump if possible. something like this for lighting is good -------------

Or much neater, just change the few odd light bulbs you use for the longest period to LEDs.
Try not to use either battery till it is flattened, doing so will quickly shorten its useful life. Probably easier said than done, but if you can limit the amount it goes down and how long it is left low that is a wise thing to do. Can you set up an in boot recharging system?

Cheers for advice.
Got the van out of storage to clean it yesterday.

7 days of continuous running fridge will use around 2.5-3kg of gas but that will include cooking as well. If you use water pump & lights sparingly then battery should last for a week.

Rather than inverter, an even simpler method (that I used successfully for a few years) - if your connectors are 7-pin 12N and 12S plugs - positive wire from pin 2 and negative wire from pin 3 of the 12S plug back into your boot, each with a suitable terminal to attach to the battery. Obviously the battery needs to be restrained so that it does not slide about or tip over, and the wire terminals insulated in some manner so that they do not short or contact anything when not connected to the battery. As the 12S plug will (should) have a split relay or similar, the leads will not be "live" when the ignition is off.
This shows the relevant terminals on the 12S plug.
